Charlie Sheen ; Back Behaving Badly

Charlie Sheen , Back Behaving Badly
Remember Charlie Sheen’s surprise appearance as a presenter at the Emmys in September, when he said all those nice things about Two and a Half Men, and wished his former colleagues and his replacement Ashton Kutcher well? Those of you who had February 2012 in the “When will he start blasting them again?” pool can now collect your winnings. Earlier in the week, Warner Brothers, the studio that had to deal with Sheen on Two and a Half Men, ordered the actor to stop using old photos from that show to promote his new FX series, Anger Management. Anyone familiar with how Sheen responds to what he regards as a dis had to know what was coming next. Sheen placed a phone call to TMZ Live on Thursday, usually a sure sign that primo entertainment is ahead. “I’m tired of lying! I’m tired of pretending the show doesn’t suck, I’m tired of pretending Ashton doesn’t suck, I’m tired of pretending that they’re not, you know, completely adrift,” he said. When asked about the negative reference to Kutcher, who Sheen had always supported in the past even as he dumped on Two and a Half Men, he tried to clarify: “It’s nothing personal; I just feel bad for him. He’s saddled with such bad writing … there’s nothing just about it that’s fresh or interesting.” Of course, this is nothing many critics weren’t saying about the show when Sheen was still in the cast. Warner Brothers had no comment, which is just as well. The question is whether Sheen will be able to resist the temptation to escalate, because let’s face it: Anger Management could use the promotion. You also have to wonder if Sheen doesn’t suffer from some kind of seasonal affective disorder. It’s been almost exactly a year since the climax of his last meltdown.
